It's not always practical to carry your dresses in a garment bag, sometimes you just need to pack them into a suitcase. This dress is one of my go-to dresses if I'm going to need a dressier look when I'm traveling. Though this is a long midi on me, I still think of it as a LBD, because it's so bodycon. (So does Long Black Dress = LDB for this one?)

The fit is very flattering to "we, who have curves," but you'll definitely want to choose undergarments that don't show through the fabric when its stretched over our curvy spots. This fabric is soft and has a lot of stretch, but it's not overly thin. The designed-in sash really sets this dress apart. They were so clever in making one of the two parts of the sash feature, thinner. This means that it can be secured into a knot or bow without coming undone, and keeps it from being too bulky. I prefer to create a small "casual" bow with the sash, but it can be knotted for length. Love, love, LOVE, this one!
